Application information

The form asks for your name, email, Discord username and user ID, full date of birth, portfolio link, experience, tools, and availability. It also asks about your interest in DUTY TIME and how you work with others. These details are intended for reviewing your application and contacting you about the role.

Where your application goes

When live delivery is enabled, applications are sent to the studio's careers inbox. The website does not use an application database or accept file uploads. Links to your work are included in the email.

Website services

The planned hosting and application delivery provider is Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse when the live form is enabled. Those services may process technical information needed to operate and protect the website.

Questions and deletion requests

Contact careers@teaenjoyers.com about information you have submitted or to request its deletion.

Before live applications open

The studio's applicant retention period and final privacy terms are still being confirmed. This notice must be finalized before applications are collected. Local test submissions are validated without being emailed or saved by the application system.
